30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return Email us at Lumivaultbusiness@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
• Items returned after 30 days
• Final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order.
